Setup your Quiddity Account

After activating your Quiddity account, you can follow simple steps to setup your Organisation details, contact details, financial details and setting up the prefix for all your CRM entities. You can also set these entities at the later stage.

General Setting

You can manage your time zone, records per page, date format, GST rate, financial year and tax file number through general setting.

To manage your general setting, click on ‘Menu -> Setting -> Configuration -> General’.

If you are updating it, here’s some guidelines on entering the field details.

Field Description
Date & Time
Time Zone Any entity added/edited will be recorded with the mentioned time zone date & timestamp.
Date Format Activity wall, email, date mentioned anywhere in Quiddity CRM will follow the date format mentioned here.
Records Per Page By default, selected no. of records will be displayed for all entities.
Financial
Currency Based on your country selected during Quiddity registration, system will maintain the currency as ‘Australian Dollar (A$)’ or ‘New Zealand Dollar (NZ$)’.
GST Rate (%) The added/edited GST rate will be applicable across all the Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Contracts etc created through Quiddity.
Tax File Number Enter your TFN.

Prefix Setting

You can update the record ID’s for all the entities using this feature.

To manage your general setting, click on ‘Menu -> Setting -> Configuration -> General’.

If you are updating it, here’s some guidelines on entering the field details.

Field Description
Prefix Enter the prefix to be used for the record id’s of particular entities
Year The record id’s can also have year in ‘YY’ or ‘YYYY’ format except Task.
For task, the ID is created as ‘TaskPrefix-I-RecordNo’ and it is a sub-task it will be as ‘TaskPrefix-I-I-RecordNo’. The level of indentation will mention the task and its sub-task level.
Record Number Enter the starting number of a record id and its zero padding.

Notifications

Any email notification sent from Quiddity can be enabled or disabled using this feature.
All the email notification sent from Quiddity will be disabled except:

  • Forgot Password
  • Email sent using the email feature of Quiddity
  • Adding an employee
  • Subscription and account related emails
  • Trial period expiry and subscription emails
